`The Board authorized this unopposed motion for withdrawal of counsel in
`
`Order 21 (Dec. 31, 2015) to be filed by January 8, 2016. Petitioner apologizes to the
`
`Board for submitting this motion two days late over the weekend; but requests that
`
`the Board authorize the withdrawal of its current lead counsel, Steven Yu, and
`
`designate the current back-up counsel, Holly Y. Li (Reg. No. 58,596) to now take the
`
`position of lead counsel. Allen Xue (Reg. No. 56,474) will be newly appointed as
`
`back-up counsel.
`

`
`A new power of attorney designating the lead and back-up counsel is submitted
`
`with this motion. Petitioner will file updated mandatory notice information upon the
`
`granting of this motion.
