`AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER

`A conference call was held on October 9, 2015, to discuss Petitioner’s
`
`request for an extension of time for Due Date 2. Counsel for Petitioner and
`
`Patent Owner, respectively, and Administrative Patent Judges Lee and
`
`Gerstenblith participated in the call.
`
`Petitioner explained that it sought a three-day extension of time for
`
`Due Date 2. Patent Owner indicated that it did not oppose Petitioner’s
`
`request, except that if Due Date 2 were extended, Due Dates 3–6 may also
`
`need to be extended, and the parties are unable to extend Due Date 6 by
`
`
`

`stipulation. Petitioner indicated that the due dates in the instant proceeding
`
`are aligned with those in related proceeding IPR2015-00040, with the
`
`exception of Due Date 6. Due Date 6 in IPR2015-00040 is currently
`
`December 2, 2015, whereas Due Date 6 in the instant proceeding is
`
`November 25, 2015.
`
`We agreed to align Due Date 6 in the instant proceeding with
`
`Due Date 6 in IPR2015-00040. We indicated that we would file an Order
`
`changing Due Date 6 in the instant proceeding and that the parties should
`
`meet and confer to reach agreement on a joint stipulation to change any of
`
`Due Dates 2–5 in the instant proceeding.
`
`It is:

`ORDERED that the Scheduling Order (Paper 14) is hereby modified
`
`such that Due Date 6 is now December 2, 2015.
