`
`Jerry,
`
`
`Below is from Matt. He's taken the words out of my mouth. As soon as you can, we need to know the aperture for
`trhe new ZScreen(s).
`Lenny:
`
` I
`
` think there are two points to make re. Z screen and the PBS.
`
`
`1. For the prototype testing, we will kludge 2 of our existing Z screens some how. (may have a couple specially
`built to have no input polarizer if that works)
`
`
`
`it is possible that a single Z screen of current size will cover both apertures
`
`2. For production parts, we will have a new size and configuration of Z screen built to suit the mechanical
`configuration. Lead time will be 8 to 16 weeks, (it's glass....) so we should be thinking about tying this down.

`
`Lenny:
`
`It is now time for us to come up there and make some final measurements. Please let me know a convenient date
`and time. We would like to drive up and be there early and leave before noon.
`
`
`Also per our contract we would like to use a consultant named Ying-Moh. I’ve known him for over 10 years and
`would be a big help to us on the project. I need your OK.
`
`
`We are progressing well and should be able to show you where we are and the issues so far.

`
`
`
`Things we will need from RealD are:
`
`
`1. Drawings of the ZScreen and any notes on how to mount them, cabling/harnesses; is clear aperture of
`160mmx100mm a problem? It will have to be a bit larger for mounting.
`2. We may want to put an accelerometer on the projector to see the vibration modes. We do not want any
`resonance or vibration modes to be transferred to the optics.
