`I've taken a look at the lenses and confirmed that the only way to trim
`the shroud length requires machining. However, the situation is better
`than we initially thought. The lens assembly does not have to be milled
`from the end. The shroud is it's own separate ring-shaped part that can
`be separated from the assembly via two carefully places cuts. The lens
`will be protected with optical tape during machining. Please see the
`attached pictures for an illustration.

`Also, I am still waiting for the Zscreen assembly. The mounting design
`can't be completed until I get both that and the specs for the HWP from
`Colorlink. Let me know if you have any issues.
