`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioners Sharp Corporation, Sharp

`Electronics Corporation, and Sharp Electronics Manufacturing Company of

`America, Inc. provide notice that they will take the deposition of William K.
`
`Bohannon, a declarant on behalf of Patent Owner Surpass Tech Innovation, LLC,
`
`on August 20, 2015, commencing at 9:30 a.m., or at a time mutually agreed upon
`
`by counsel, and continuing until completed at the offices of DTI Global, 501 West
`
`Broadway, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92101.
`
`The deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized to administer
`
`oaths. The deposition will be recorded stenographically and by video with
`
`arrangements to be made by counsel for Petitioners.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have agreed on this date and

`location for Mr. Bohannon’s deposition.
