`comes before the Court by way of
`This matter
`Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file an amended complaint in
`order (1) to amend the case caption to reflect Cornerstone
`Therapeutics Inc.’s change of corporate name to Chiesi USA,
`Inc.; and (2) to add ACS Dobfar Info S.A. and Sandoz AG as
`
`defendants in this litigation.1 (See generally Plaintiffs’ Brief
`
`in Support of their Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint
`[Doc. No. 90-10].)
`The Court notes that Defendant asserts that Defendant
`“does not oppose the filing of Plaintiffs’ amended complaint.” 2
`(Sandoz Inc.’s Reply to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File

`Amended Complaint [Doc. No. 99].) Consequently, the Court
`decides this matter pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
`78(b), and for the reasons set forth herein, and for good cause
`shown:
`
`IT IS on this 4th day of June 2014,
`ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file an
`amended complaint [Doc. No. 89] shall be, and hereby is,
`GRANTED; and it is further
`ORDERED
`that Plaintiffs shall file the amended
`complaint in the form attached to the motion, within fourteen
`(14) days from entry of this Order, and shall serve the amended
`complaint in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil
`Procedure.
