`In the event that proceedings are instituted for IPR2015-00119, the Patent
`
`Owner may file a Motion to Join this proceeding with IPR2015-00119.
`
`Petitioner has represented to Patent Owner that Petitioner does not currently
`
`anticipate opposing this joinder, but reserves its rights in this regard, pending
`
`the decision in IPR2015-00119. In the event a joinder motion is granted,
`
`Patent Owner anticipates the Scheduling Order for the second proceedings,
`
`IPR2015-00119, will apply to the joined proceedings, eliminating Patent
`
`Owner’s need to file a Motion to Modify the Schedule.
`

`In the event that settlement is reached, the Patent Owner may file a Joint
`
`Motion to Terminate.
`

`The Patent Owner is not currently aware of any other motions that might be

`filed. However, the Patent Owner will seek authorization from the Board (if
`
`required) should the need later arise.
