`IPR2014-01507. I see no differences between the true and accurate copy of the

`archived Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s Manual available on the Toshiba support

`site and the copy of the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s Manual submitted as
`
`Exhibit 1004 in case IPR2014-01507.

`10. Additionally, the official Toshiba Support website page for the

`Toshiba Pocket PC e740 provides a date-stamped “Posted Date” of “2002-11-14.”

`In my experience, a date-stamped posted date is a reliable indicator that the
`
`document was publically posted such that it was accessible to interested persons.
`
`Accordingly, the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s Manual was made publically
`
`available through Toshiba’s official support site by at least November 14, 2002.
`
`11. Attached as Exhibit B is a true and accurate copy of an Internet
`
`Archive capture of the following website:

`tm. The Wayback Machine is an archive of information obtained from the World
`
`Wide Web that is created and maintained by the Internet Archive, a non-profit
`
`

`organization. Beginning in 1996, the Internet Archive began capturing and
`
`archiving web pages on the Internet. A user can input a desired webpage URL into
`
`the Wayback Machine’s search query interface and be provided with links to
`
`archived versions of the desired webpage captured on specific dates. A date code
`
`is embedded in each link; this is a list of numbers in the middle of the link and
`
`takes the format of “yyyymmddhhmmss” (i.e., year, month, day, hour, minute,
`
`second). In my experience, the Internet Archive’s time/date stamp is a reliable
`
`indicator that the document was publically posted such that it was accessible to
`
`interested persons. Accordingly, as evidenced by Exhibit B’s time/date stamp, the
`
`Toshiba Pocket PC e740 was available for purchase to the interested public by at
`
`least September 14, 2003. Additionally, Exhibit B states that the “Package
`
`Includes:” the “User’s Guide.” Accordingly, the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s
`
`Manual was available to the interested public by at least September 14, 2003.
`
`12. Attached as Exhibit C is a true and accurate copy of a posting on the
`
`“microsoft.public.pocketpc.wireless” message board as archived by Google
`
`Groups. Exhibit C has a time/date stamp that reflects that it was publically posted
`
`on November 6, 2002. In my experience, a message board time/date stamp is a
`
`reliable indicator that the document was publically posted such that it was
`
`accessible to interested persons. The user posting the reply discusses the “user
`
`manual” for the Toshiba e740 and directs the original poster to “the back regarding
`
`Wireless syncing.” The back of the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s Manual is
`
`

`dedicated to “FAQ about Wireless LAN” and has a specific FAQ related to “What
`
`should I do to use the ActiveSync Function through Wireless Network?” This

`13. Therefore, by December 23, 2003 at the latest, a true and accurate
`
`copy of the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 User’s Manual as produced as Exhibit 1004
`
`was publicly available and publicly accessible to the interested public.
`

`“Symbol PPT 2800 Series Product Reference Guide for Pocket PC
`
`2002” – Exhibit 1005 of case IPR2014-01507:

`15. A search of the Internet shows that a true and accurate copy of
`
`Symbol PPT 2800 Series Product Reference Guide for Pocket PC 2002 (“Symbol

`Manual”) as provided as Exhibit 1005 of case IPR2014-01507 was publically

`available and publically accessible by at least June 22, 2003.

`16. As documented by Exhibit D, a true and accurate copy of the Symbol

`PPT 2800 Series Product Reference Guide for Pocket PC 2002 was found with a

`Google search at

`prg.pdf” and was dated as indexed by Google and first made available to the public
`
`from that site on August 15, 2002. In my experience, Google’s indexed date is a
`
`reliable indicator that the document was publically posted such that it was
`
`accessible to interested persons.

`Archive capture of the following website:

`I have the e740 also.  The user manual has a section in the back regarding
`Wireless syncing.  Can you ping your Device ID from your PC?  Can you ping
`your PC's hostname from your PPC?

`Also check on your MS ActiveSync, in the Connection Settings.  Make sure
`"Allow network amd RAS..." is also checked.
