`1 This Order addresses similar issues in the above-identified cases. For
`efficiency, we issue one Order to be entered in all cases. The parties may
`not use this style of filing in subsequent papers, without prior authorization.

`Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd., TSMC North
`America Corporation, Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited, and Fujitsu
`Semiconductor America, Inc. (collectively, “TSMC”) filed Petitions in the
`above-identified proceedings (“TSMC Proceedings”) to institute an inter
`partes review, challenging U.S. Patent Nos. 6,896,773 B2 and 6,896,775 B2,
`owned by Zond, LLC (“Zond”).
`TSMC’s Petitions indicate that TSMC is seeking joinder with the
`following proceedings filed by The Gillette Company (“Gillette”):
`IPR2014-00580, IPR2014-00726, IPR2014-00604, and IPR2014-00578
`(“Gillette Proceedings”). A list of inter partes reviews involving the
`aforementioned patents is provided in the Appendix of this Order.
`On September 24, 2014, TSMC filed a Motion for Joinder in each of
`the TSMC Proceedings, except in IPR2014-01494. Paper 5.2 As we
`articulated previously in other related cases, having all of the Motions for
`Joinder at the time we decide the Petitions would help streamline the
`proceedings, in that we could decide the Motions for Joinder near the same
`timeframe. TSMC submits that each TSMC Petition is substantially
`identical to the corresponding Gillette Petition. Paper 3, 1. Zond has filed a
`Preliminary Response in each Gillette Proceeding, but not in the TSMC
`Proceedings.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the due date for filing a Preliminary Response in each
`of the above-identified TSMC Proceedings is October 10, 2014;
`
`2 For the purpose of clarity and expediency, we treat IPR2014-001479 as
`representative, and all citations are to IPR2014-01479 unless otherwise
`noted.

`business days from the filing of the Motion for Joinder, limited to ten pages;
`and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that no reply is authorized.
