`On August 26, 2014, LG Electronics, Inc., LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., and

`LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc (collectively, “LG”) filed a petition for

`inter partes review of the ’103 patent (Case IPR2014-01386). On August 27, 2014

`LG filed petitions for inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 6,249,825 (Case
