`LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “LG”) filed a petition for

`inter partes review of the ‘973 patent (Case IPR2014-01343). On August 20, 2014,

`LG filed a petition for inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 8,004,497 from which
`
`the '973 patent claims priority as a continuation to the ‘497 patent (Case IPR2014-
