`LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “LG”) filed a petition for
`
`inter partes review of the ‘497 patent (Case IPR2014-01342). On August 20, 2014,
`
`LG filed a petition for inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 8,519,973 which
`
`claims priority as a continuation to the ‘497 patent (Case IPR2014-01343).
