`its cross-examination by deposition of Brian Bianchi and Jennifer Ray Crane

`regarding their respective declarations in this proceeding on the below date and
`

`The deponents will be deposed separately in a consecutive manner over the

`course of multiple consecutive days, as agreed upon by Counsel for Petitioner and

`Counsel for Patent Owner. These depositions will also address Brian Bianchi’s
`
`and Jennifer Ray Crane’s respective testimony in related proceedings IPR2014-
`
`01544 and IPR2014-01226.
`
`The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. It will be recorded using stenographic
`
`means, and may also be recorded using audio visual means. The arrangements for
`
`recording the deposition will be made by Counsel for Petitioner.
