`HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc., filed in the US District Court for the

`Eastern District of North Carolina on August 6, 2013 as Civ. No. 5:13-CV-561 and

`subsequently transferred to the US. District Court for the District of Delaware as
`
`Civ. No. 14-CV-317-GMS. Petitioner is pursuing an inter partes reexam of the
`
`U.S. Patent No. 6,262,769 patent. Petitioner is also pursuing inter partes review of
`
`U.S. Patent Nos. 5,943,093 (IPR2014-00902); 5,986,701 (IPR2014-00903);
