`Patent Owner and Petitioner provide notice to the Board that they have

`stipulated to move Due Dates 1 and 2. These Due Dates were originally set by the
`
`Scheduling Order, dated March 9, 2014 (Paper 7). Due Date 1
`
`is being moved
`
`from June 10, 2015 to July 10, 2015. Due Date 2 is being moved from September
`
`10, 2015 to October 10, 2015. Due Dates 3-6 are unchanged.
`
`During the Initial Scheduling Order held on March 31, 2015, Patent Owner
`
`indicated that it might file a motion to amend in the subject case. Patent Owner
`
`has determined that it will not be filing a motion to amend. While Due Date 3
`
`remains on the Scheduling Order, Patent Owner respectfully submits that this due
`
`date is moot.
`
`The revised dates for Due Dates 1 and 2 are reflected in the attached
`
`amended Due Date Appendix.
