`On February 17, 2015, the Patent Trials and Appeals Board (“the Board”)
`
`issued a Decision denying institution of trial (“the Decision”) in the above-
`
`identified inter partes review. On March 5, 2015, Tempur Sealy International, Inc.
`
`(“Petitioner”) filed a Request for Reconsideration of the Decision. On March 27,
`
`2015, the Board denied Petitioner’s Request for Reconsideration. Thus, trial was
`
`not instituted in the above-identified inter partes review, and, in accordance with
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a)(2), the Inter Partes Review Post-Institution fee of $14,000
`
`paid at the time of filing should be refunded.
`
`Petitioner hereby requests a refund of $14,000 for the post-institution fees in
`
`the case of IPR2014-01419. Payment was provided via Deposit Account No. 50-
`
`2775. Upon review and approval, it is requested that the Board credit the refund to
`
`Petitioner. The refund may be deposited into Deposit Account No. 50-2775. If
`
`more information is necessary to provide the credit, please contact Heath Briggs.
