`Subject: Request for Conference Call re IPR2014-01415
`
`Dear Board,
`
`Ford requests a conference call to seek the Board’s guidance on whether and how to address Paice’s assertion that Ford
`has not established that Takaoka qualifies as a prior art “printed publication.” (See e.g., Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`Response, Paper 9, pp. 5-9 of IPR2014-01415.) Accordingly, to the extent the Board considers it helpful, Ford would like
`to file a Reply on the issue.
`
`We have conferred with counsel for Paice, and the parties are available on Monday, January 5 before 3 pm and on
`Tuesday, January 6.
`
`Thank you for your consideration.
`
`Regards,
`Andrew Turner
