`and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (collectively “Samsung”) in a

`pending litigation in which US. Patent No. 6,009,469 is being asserted by Straight

`Path 1P Group, Inc.

`I am familiar with the subject matter at

`proceeding as a result, including the prior art on which Petitioner relies in this
