`We, Edward F. Behm, Jr. and Thomas J. McWilliams of Barnes & Thornburg LLP,

`hereby petition under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) to withdraw as counsel for Straight Path IP Group,
`
`Inc. in the above identified proceeding. Our primary basis for withdrawing under 37 C.F.R. §
`
`10.40(c)(5) is that Straight Path IP Group, Inc. knowingly and freely assents to termination of the
`
`employment.
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 10.40, we have given Straight Path IP Group, Inc.
`
`reasonable notice of our intent to withdraw. We have delivered to Straight Path IP Group, Inc.
`
`all papers and property to which Straight Path IP Group, Inc. is entitled. We have notified
`
`Straight Path IP Group, Inc. of any upcoming responses that may be due and the time frame
`
`within which Straight Path IP Group, Inc. must respond. In addition, Straight Path IP Group,
`
`Inc. has retained Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as new counsel for this
`
`proceeding. New counsel has advised that, upon grant of this motion, they will file a new power
`
`of attorney and updated mandatory notice on behalf of Patent Owner.
`
`In view of the preceding circumstances, favorable action is respectfully requested. Please
`
