`The deadline for filing a joint motion to terminate and a settlement agreement is extended to December 30,
`2014, in light of the unavailability of PRPS for 2 ½ days and the holidays. However, given the parties requested
`leave for filing a motion to terminate on December 8, 2014, and the parties have yet to file one, no further
`extension of time for that deadline will be granted.

`We have now received the Order dated December 16, 2014. This Order sets a deadline of December 19, 2014 for the
`parties to file a Joint Motion to Terminate Proceedings. The Parties received the order by way of Courtesy copy on
`December 18, 2014 due to the Board website not being accessible the previous 2 days.
`
`The Parties request an extension of time of this deadline as a tentative agreement has been reached, but the final
`agreement has not yet been completed. The Parties have committed to reaching a final agreement next
`week. Accordingly, the Parties request that the Board allow until December 30, 2015 for the submission of a joint
`motion to terminate the proceedings. If the Board would like additional information regarding this request, the Parties
`can schedule a conference call.
