`examination by deposition of Dr. Phillip Wright for the above captioned Case No.

`IPR2014-01342. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have

`conferred and have agreed upon the dates, time and duration of Dr. Wright's
`
`deposition, and have agreed upon the changes described below.

`The deposition of Dr. Wright will take place commencing at 9:00 AM EDT
`
`on June 1, 2015, at the offices of Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, 607 14th
`
`Street, N.W., Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005. The cross-examination will be
`
`taken before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths.
`
`It will be recorded using audiotape and/or by stenographic means.
`
