`The ’057 Patent is currently the subject of a patent infringement lawsuit
`
`brought by Enova against Petitioners, captioned Enova Technology Corporation v.
`
`Seagate Technology (US) Holdings, Inc., and Seagate Technology LLC, in the
`
`United States District Court for the District of Delaware, Case No. 1:13-cv-1011-
`
`LPS, which was filed on June 5, 2013.
`
`Additional inter partes review proceedings, Seagate Technology (US)
`
`Holdings, Inc. and Seagate Technology LLC v. Enova Technology Corp., IPR2014-
`
`01178, filed on July 18, 2014 and Seagate Technology (US) Holdings, Inc. and
`
`Seagate Technology LLC v. Enova Technology Corp., IPR2014-01449, filed on
`
`September 3, 2014, also involve U.S. Patent No. 7,900,057 and may affect or be
`
`affected by a decision in this proceeding.
