`On September 8, 2015, Petitioners filed Corrected Motions for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Mr. Aaron Y. Huang and Mr. Jared Bobrow and accompanying
`Affidavits in the above-captioned proceedings. IPR2014-01197, Papers 49, 50,
`Exs. 1234, 1233; IPR2014-01207, Papers 48, 49, Exs. 1234, 1233; IPR2014-
`01209, Papers 47, 48, Exs. 1234, 1233. Petitioners state that “Patent Owner does
`not oppose this motion.” See, e.g., Paper 49, 3.
`After considering Petitioners’ Motions and accompanying Affidavits and
`good cause having been shown, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioners’ Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Mr. Aaron Y. Huang and Mr. Jared Bobrow are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners are to continue to have a registered
`practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceeding, but Mr. Aaron Y. Huang and
`Mr. Jared Bobrow are authorized to be designated as backup counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Aaron Y. Huang and Mr. Jared Bobrow are
`to comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of
`Practice for Trials, as set forth in Title 37, Part 42 of the C.F.R., and is subject to
`the USPTO’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the USPTO
`Rules of Professional Conduct as set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
