`Please take notice that pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, the Petitioners Oracle
`
`Corporation, NetApp Inc., and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (jointly
`
`“Petitioners”), by counsel, will take the deposition of Patent Owner Crossroad
`
`Systems, Inc.’s (“Crossroads”) expert, Dr. John Levy, upon oral examination. The
`
`deposition will be taken at 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2015 and the declarant will be
`
`deposed over the course of multiple consecutive days, as agreed upon by Counsel
`
`for Petitioner and Counsel for Patent Owner. The deposition will take place at the
`
`law offices of the Sprinkle IP Law Group, located at 1301 W. 25th Street, Suite
`
`408, Austin, TX 78705. The deposition will be recorded by stenographic and
`
`videographic means by a court reporter licensed to administer oaths. The
`
`arrangements for the court reporter and videographer will be made by counsel for
`
`Petitioners. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred
`
`and have agreed upon this time and place for the deposition of Dr. John Levy.
