`Petitioner respectfully seeks authorization to correct certain exhibits and to file a motion to file supplemental 
`information in the instant IPRs as follows:

`IPR2014‐01203 and IPR2014‐01204:  Correction of Exhibits Due to Duplicate Numbering in Exs. 1020‐1023:  
`Petitioner requests the replacement of Exhibits 1020‐1023 in IPR2014‐01203 and IPR2014‐01204.  The number 
`for Ex. 1020, which was originally assigned to a petition exhibit, was later inadvertently assigned again to the 
`first of the three exhibits accompanying Paper 10, filed on November 18, 2014 in both proceedings.

`Petitioner requests the Board expunge Exs. 1020‐1023 that were filed on November 18, 2014, and authorize 
`Petitioner to refile these same exhibits as Exs. 1021‐1024 with corrected exhibit labels, thereby removing 
`duplication and any future confusion.  Petitioner is also willing to file a corrected brief that changes the exhibit 
`numbers accordingly, if the Board believes this would further help clarify the record.

`Petitioner and Patent Owner have met and conferred on this issue and Patent Owner is not opposed to this 
`correction and approach. 
`
`IPR2014‐01204:  Re‐Filing of Ex. 1005 to Separate Prior Art Reference from Certification:  
`Petitioner seeks authorization to re‐file Ex. 1005, which includes (a) the Broggi article and (b) a June 30, 2014 
`certification by Gerard P. Grenier, as two separate exhibits with distinct numbers for each document (i.e., Broggi 
`would remain as Ex. 1005 and the Grenier certification would be separately filed as Ex. 1025).

`Petitioner would file a corrected exhibit list with these relabeled exhibits and would request that the original Ex. 
`1005 (filed on July 25, 2014) be expunged from PRPS upon receipt of the corrected Exs. 1005 and 1025.   
` 
`Petitioner and Patent Owner have met and conferred on this issue and Patent Owner is not opposed to this 
`request.

`IPR2014‐01204:   Authorization to File a Motion to File Supplemental Information under 37 C.F.R. § 42.123:

`Petitioner seeks authorization under 37 C.F.R. § 42.123 to file a motion to file supplemental information.  This 
`request is made within 30 days of the institution date (January 28, 2014) and is, therefore, timely.  The 
`supplemental information consists of declarations and other evidence relating to the publication date of prior 
`art reference Ex. 1005 (“Broggi”) and is relevant to at least one claim for which trial has been instituted. This 
`supplemental information was timely served on Patent Owner on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, in response to 
`objections, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.64.   
` 
`Petitioner and Patent Owner have met and conferred on this issue and Patent Owner is not opposed to this 
`request, but, as in IPR2014‐01208, Patent Owner would like to reserve the right to file an opposition if a motion 
`is authorized.
