`PETITIONERS’ REQUEST FOR ORAL HEARING
`
`
`1 Case Nos. IPR2014-01182 and IPR2014-01184 have been consolidated with the
`
`instant proceeding. See IPR2014-01181, Paper 15; IPR2014-01182, Paper 15; and
`
`IPR2014-01184, Paper 15. In view of this consolidation, Petitioners submit this
`
`single Request for Oral Hearing in IPR2014-01181.

`Further to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper requesting oral
`
`hearing and specifying issues to be argued, Petitioners submit this Request for Oral
`
`Hearing on the instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 1-3 and 5-14 of U.S.
`
`Patent No. 8,532,641 B2 under 35 U.S.C. § 103, and associated issues. Petitioners
`
`recognize that the Board has already granted the parties’ oral requests for oral
`
`argument (Paper No. 26 (Order Modifying Scheduling Order and Granting the
`
`Parties’ Request for Oral Argument 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.5, 42.70)) and submit this
`
`Request for Oral Argument simply to ensure compliance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a)
`
`and the Scheduling Order (Paper Nos. 11 and 26). The Board has scheduled oral
`
`hearing for 2:00 PM Eastern Time on October 28, 2015 and has allotted each side
`
`ninety (90) minutes to present argument. Paper No. 26. Petitioners do not request
`
`any modifications to the presently scheduled hearing.
