`into the library’s catalog, processed with date stamps, and become available to the
`
`public.

`The University of Minnesota Library keeps publications and records
`
`concerning those publications in the ordinary course of business. Historically,
`
`when a periodical/journal is first acquired by University of Minnesota Libraries it
`
`is stamped with the date and physical location, entered into the library’s catalog
`
`System, and then the publication is made publicly available from University of
`
`Minnesota Library.
