`I. RELIEF REQUESTED
`During the course of filing the Patent Owner’s Response in inter partes review
`
`IPR 2014-01181
`U.S. Patent No. 8,532,641
`
`IPR2014-01181, counsel for Patent Owner realized that he had uploaded two
`
`different exhibits but had assigned them the same exhibit number. See Ex. 2010
`
`(Freed, Les - The First Bluetooth, PCMag.com) and Exhibit 2010 (Newcomb, Doug -
`
`From Eight Track to Bluetooth). Upon noticing the error, counsel attempted to use
`
`the “delete” icon with respect to the incorrectly submitted Exhibit 2010 in order to
`
`remove the incorrectly designated exhibit from the submission queue. However,
`
`upon pressing the “delete” icon, rather than deleting the erroneously uploaded
`
`document, the PRPS system proceeded to submit all documents that were currently in
`
`the submission queue, including the exhibit with the incorrect designation. Counsel
`
`for Patent Owner respectfully requests that the incorrect version of Exhibit 2010,
`
`entitled “Freed, Les – The First Bluetooth, PCMag.com” be expunged from the
`
`record.
