`1 On January 1, 2015, Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC, an
`originally-named Petitioner in this case, was merged into Samsung
`Electronics America, Inc. Paper 9.

`On March 24, 2015, Petitioner filed an Unopposed Motion for Pro
`
`Hac Vice Admission of Brian P. Biddinger, which was supported by a
`Declaration from Mr. Biddinger.2 Paper 16.
`
`Upon review of Petitioner’s Motion and the Declaration of Mr.
`Biddinger, we conclude there is good cause to recognize Mr. Biddinger pro
`hac vice in IPR2014-01181.
`
`It is, therefore:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`
`Admission of Brian P. Biddinger is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED the Mr. Biddinger shall be recognized as
`back-up counsel for Petitioner in IPR2014-01181;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceedings; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Biddinger is to comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for
`Trials, as set forth in Title 37, Part 42 of the C.F.R., and to be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et
`seq.
`

`2 Mr. Biddinger was previously admitted pro hac vice as backup counsel in
`IPR2014-00209 and IPR2014-00407, which are directed to related U.S.
`Patent Nos. 7,953,390 and 8,359,007, respectively. IPR2014-00209, Paper
`33; IPR2014-00407, Paper 22.
