`Dallas, LLC, Norman International Florida, LLC, Norman International Illinois,

`LLC, Norman International Las Vegas, LLC, Norman International San Jose, LLC,
`
`and Norman International Virginia, LLC.

`On July 16, 2014, Petitioner Norman International, Inc. submitted petitions
`
`for inter partes review of three additional U.S. Patents that are asserted in the
`
`above-referenced litigation: U.S. Patent No. 6,283,192 (IPR2014-01173); U.S.
`
`Patent Nos. 6,648,050 (IPR2014-01174); and U.S. Patent No. 8,230,896 (IPR2014-
`
`01176).
`
`Petitioner Norman International, Inc. previously submitted petitions for inter
`
`partes review of the same four patents. On June 20, 2014, the PTAB instituted
`
`trial on two claims of the ‘192 Patent (IPR2014-00283, Paper 9), and denied in
`
`their entireties the remaining three petitions (IPR2014-00276, Paper 11; IPR2014-
`
`00282, Paper 8; and IPR2014-00286, Paper 8).
`
