`Petitioner requests oral argument be held on September 2, 2015. See 37 C.F.R. §

`42.70(a). The Scheduling Order identifies September 2, 2015 as the date for the

`oral argument, if requested. Id.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for a
`
`PowerPoint presentation.
`
`Petitioner requests thirty minutes of time for its presentation and an
`
`additional fifteen minutes of time for rebuttal.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1) Whether Claims 13-15 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 102 based on
`
`Dubil.
`
`2) The proper construction of the “configuration of the entertainment
`
`device” term.
`
`3) Whether Alex Cook’s testimony should be excluded on the grounds
`
`specified in Petitioner’s objections and later motion to exclude.
`
`4) Petitioner’s response to any arguments specified by Patent Owner in a
`
`request for oral argument.

`5) Petitioner’s response to Patent Owner’s oral argument on all matters.
