`Case IPR2014-01145
`Patent 6,237,127 B1
`___________
`
`PETITIONER’S OBJECTIONS TO PATENT OWNER’S
`DEMONSTRATIVE FOR ORAL ARGUMENT
`
`

`
`Patent 6,237,127 B1
`
`Pursuant to the Order of September 22, 2015(Paper No. 20), Petitioner
`
`objects to several of the Patent Owner’s demonstrative slides served on November
`
`5, 2015. Petitioner objects to demonstrative slides 6, 7 and 13 for the reasons
`
`outlined below.
`
`I.
`
`OBJECTIONS
`Slide 6: Petitioner objects to slide 6. Slide 6 superimposes text from the
`
`specification of the ’127 patent on Fig 4a, but the text from the specification does
`
`not appear to relate to Fig. 4a.
`
`Slide 7: Petitioner objects to slide 7. Slide 7 superimposes text from the
`
`specification of the ’127 patent on Fig 11, but the text from the specification does
`
`not appear to relate to Fig. 11.
`
`Slide 13: Petitioner objects to slide 11. Patent owner took Dr. Ghiasi’s
`
`cross-examination on April 1, 2015 (Ex. 2003) and then submitted its Patent
`
`Owner’s Response (Paper 15) on April 15, 2015 citing to pages 25 and 39-44 of Ex.
`
`2003, yet nowhere in the Response did Patent Owner cite to the portion of the
`
`transcript reproduced on Slide 37.
`
`II.
`
`CONCLUSION
`Petitioner
`believes
`
`that Patent Owner’s
`
`demonstrative
`
`slides
`
`are
`
`objectionable for the reasons outlined above. Should the Board deem a conference
`
`call necessary, counsel for Petitioner is available anytime Thursday November 12,
