`An initial conference call took place on February 24, 2015. The

`parties were represented by their respective counsel. Administrative Patent
`
`Judges Wood, Tartal, and Boucher participated. The following matters were
`
`discussed:

`1. Schedule

`No modifications were made to the Scheduling Order. The parties are
`
`reminded that they may stipulate to changes in DUE DATES 1–5 by filing a
`
`notice with the Board without Board authorization.
`
`2. Protective Order
`
`
`
`No protective order was entered. The parties will contact the Board to
`
`request entry of a protective order if necessary. If the parties propose a
`
`protective order that deviates from the Board’s default protective order, they
`
`will provide a redlined version of the proposed protective order that
`
`identifies differences with the default order.
`
`3. Initial Disclosures
`

`None have been exchanged.
`
`4. Additional Discovery and Compelled Testimony

`No requests were discussed.
