`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §42.53, Petitioners Zhongshan Broad Ocean Motor

`Co., Ltd., Broad Ocean Motor, LLC; and Broad Ocean Technologies, LLC

`(collectively, “Petitioner”) hereby provides notice that it will cross-examine Patent
`
`Owner’s witness, Dr. Gary Blank. The cross-examination of Dr. Blank will begin
`
`at 9:00 a.m. on January 6, 2016. The cross-examination will take place at the
`
`offices of Hovey Williams LLP located at 10801 Mastin Boulevard, Suite 1000,
`
`Overland Park, KS 66210. The parties have agreed upon this date and time for the
`
`cross-examination of Dr. Blank.
`
`The cross-examination will take place before a Notary Public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. The cross-examination will be recorded
`
`using stenographic means.
