`On August 21, 2015, the Board instructed the parties to file a joint paper for

`each proceeding, indicating which, if any, previously sealed exhibits no longer

`need to be sealed. Paper 44.2 On August 26, 2015, the parties filed a joint paper in

`each proceeding indicating which document(s) no longer need to be sealed, along
`
`with updated redacted versions of certain briefs and exhibits filed previously in
`
`these proceedings. Papers 45–47.

`The parties were subsequently contacted by the Board to verify that certain
`
`papers and exhibits may be expunged from the record. The parties responded and
`
`also certified that the revised redacted papers filed August 26, 2015 had not been
`
`altered from the originally filed papers in any other way other than to remove
`
`“black out” markings.
