`C.F.R. §§ 90.2 and 90.3, Petitioner Universal Remote Control, Inc. (“URC”)

`appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final
`
`Written Decision of the Patent and Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) entered on
`
`December 16, 2015 (Paper No. 45) (“Final Written Decision”), and from all
`
`underlying findings, determinations, rulings, opinions, orders, and decisions
`
`regarding U.S. Patent No. 7,831,930. A copy of the Final Written Decision is
`
`attached.

`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), URC indicates that the issues
`
`on appeal include, but are not limited to: the Board’s determination that claim 1 of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 7,831,930 has not been shown to be unpatentable as obvious over
`
`the Realistic and Evans references; the Board’s construction of the claim terms
`
`including, but not limited to, “interact with”; the Board’s assessmentof the expert
`
`testimony, prior art, and other evidence; and any underlying factual finding,
`
`conclusion of law or other determination related to those issues.
`

`
`Copies of this Notice of Appeal are being filed simultaneously with the
`
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, three copies of this Notice of Appeal,
`
`along with the required docketing fees, are being filed with the Clerk’s Office for
`
`the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
