`Thank you for the conference call held on May 21, 2015, regarding the oral hearings scheduled for June 8 and June 12 in
`connection with the above cases, each of which involves two patents and multiple IPRs.
`
`The parties have conferred regarding the issues discussed on the call and reached agreement on the following
`proposals:
`
` the parties propose that each hearing begin at 10 am on the appointed day;
`
` the parties propose that each patent be argued separately following the normal practice of petitioner presenting
`first, followed by patent owner’s response, followed by petitioner’s reply;
`

` the parties propose that each side be allocated one hour for each patent, for a total time of 2 hours per side and a
`total hearing time of 4 hours for each hearing;
`
` the parties propose that a lunch break be taken at each hearing following the completion of argument on the first
`patent;
`
` the parties request that a conference call in number be available at each hearing.
