`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner Innovative Display
`
`Technologies, LLC (“Patent Owner” or “IDT”) submits this Request for Oral
`
`Argument on (1) both of the instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 15 and
`
`27 of U.S. Patent No. 7,537,370 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 and (2) the accompanying
`
`procedural and evidentiary issues as described in Patent Owner’s August 13, 2015,
`
`email to the Board, which the Board granted permission to raise at the oral hearing.
`
`The Board has already scheduled Oral Argument for September 21, 2015. See Paper
`
`12 at 5.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests 45 minutes in which to present its
`
`responsive argument, reserving part of that time for rebuttal. Patent Owner further
`
`requests that Petitioner be prohibited from reserving more than a third of its allotted
`
`time for rebuttal.
