`On June 30, 2014, Zimmer Holdings, Inc. and Zimmer, Inc. (collectively

`“Petitioner”) filed a petition for inter partes review of claims 23-25 of U.S. Patent
`
`No. 7,837,736 (Paper 1). At the time of filing, Petitioner paid the $9,000 request
`
`fee and $14,000 post-institution fee. On October 30, 2014, the Patent Trial and
`
`Appeal Board issued a decision not to institute inter partes review (Paper 17).
`

`
`Petitioner hereby requests a refund of $14,000.00 for the post-institution fee.
`
