`Petitioner, Artsana USA, Inc. respectfully requests a refund of the post-
`
`institution excess claim filing fees ($2,000) for this inter partes review. On
`
`December 19, 2014, the Board instituted an Inter Partes Review on 6 out of the 20
`
`claims requested. The review was terminated on April 3, 2015 after the Patent
`
`Owner’s request for adverse judgment was granted.
`

`The total fee paid was $25,000. 20 claims were requested for review. The
`
`fees paid under 37. C.F.C. §42.15(a) were as follows:
