`Pursuant to oral authorization from the Board during the January 20, 2014

`Initial Conference Call, counsel associated with customer number 98,580 for
`
`Patent Owner Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc. (“Kolcraft”) moves for authorization under
`
`37 C.F.R. §42.10(e) to withdraw from the present proceedings, thereby allowing
`
`Kolcraft’s counsel to promptly substitute in as counsel of record in this proceeding.
`
`Statement of Facts
`
`Patent Owner Kolcraft has requested that current designated counsel, the
`
`practitioners associated with customer number 98,580, withdraw from the present
`
`proceeding, and new counsel, the practitioners associated with customer number
`
`64,194, be designated to represent Kolcraft in this proceeding. This request is
`
`evidenced by the attached Power of Attorney, designating new counsel. This
`
`substitution of counsel will not cause any delay in the proceeding. Following the
`
`withdrawal of the practitioners associated with customer number 98,580, Raymond
`
`P. Niro, Jr. will remain admitted pro hac vice as backup counsel for Kolcraft.
`
`During the Initial Conference Call on January 20, 2015, Petitioner did not
`
`indicate that it had any objection to this motion and substitution of counsel.
