`The instant proceedings constitute joined proceedings with IPR2015-00015
`and IPR2015-00018. In our grant of the joinder motion filed by Petitioner T-
`Mobile-USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) we ordered that T-Mobile
`was not authorized to file papers, engage in discovery, or participate in any
`deposition or oral hearing in the instant proceedings. Because Petitioner Apple
`Inc. has been terminated from the instant proceedings (See IPR2014-01035, Paper
`17; IPR2014-01036, Paper 16), a modification of our previous order regarding T-
`Mobile’s participation in the instant proceedings is necessary to maintain a proper
`course of conduct. 37 C.F.R. § 42.5(a).

`ORDERED that T-Mobile is permitted to file papers, engage in discovery,
`and participate in depositions and oral hearing in the instant proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that T-Mobile update PRPS for purposes of
`receiving notices and filings in these proceedings.
