`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), Mobile

`Telecommunications Technologies, LLC (“Patent Owner”) and T-Mobile USA,

`Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc. (“T-Mobile”) jointly request that a copy of the T-
`
`Mobile Settlement Agreement, referenced as Exhibit 2003 to the Joint Motion to
`
`Terminate Proceeding and filed concurrently herewith, be treated in its entirety as
`
`business confidential information, and be kept separate from the file of the
`
`involved patent. Exhibit 2003 is being submitted in the PRPS system as “Board
`
`Only.” Patent Owner and T-Mobile further request the Board to not make Exhibit
`
`2003 available to any third party, except as provided for in 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
