`Samsung previously submitted a Power of Attorney designating Christopher
`
`T. Marando and Brian E. Ferguson as lead and back-up counsel, respectively, in
`
`connection with IPR2014-01493. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(b), concurrently
`
`with the filing of this motion, Samsung is submitting a new Power of Attorney
`
`appointing Jeremy Jason Lang as lead counsel and Christopher T. Marando and
`
`Brian E. Ferguson as back-up counsel in connection with IPR2014-01493, which
`
`has been joined with IPR2014-01030 (collectively, the “Joined IPR”).

`The Board previously authorized Samsung to file this motion on May 20,

`2015. In connection with this motion, Samsung does not request an extension of

`the current schedule in the joined IPR. Counsel for Patent Owner DSS Technology
