`the offices of Petitioner’s counsel, Haynes and Boone, LLP, located at the following address: 2505
`
`North Plano Road, Suite 4000, Richardson, TX 75082. For Patent Owner, present will be the lead
`
`and back-up counsels of record and attorney Christian Hurt, who is a counsel of record for Patent
`
`Owner in a co-pending district court litigation, DSS Technology Mgmt. Inc. v. Taiwan
`
`Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. et al., 2-14-CV-00199 (EDTX), and is registered to
`
`practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. No. 63659). The deposition
`
`will take place before a Notary Public or other official authorized by law to administer oaths, to
`
`be arranged by Patent Owner. The deposition will be recorded using audio, video, and/or
`
`stenographic means.
