`for Petitioners in litigation between the Petitioners and the Patent Owner in

`Case No. 12-cv-99 in the Southern District of Texas involving, among others,

`the same patent as that challenged in this proceeding. Additionally, I have
`
`counseled Petitioners on intellectual property issues related to its business.
