`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Board’s Scheduling Order dated
`
`December 9, 2014 (Paper 7), Petitioners HTC and Samsung give notice that they
`
`do not seek oral argument. HTC and Samsung submit that the issues currently on
`
`trial in this proceeding have been briefed adequately and oral argument is not
`
`necessary. Earlier today on May 26, 2015, Patent Owner e-Watch filed its request
`
`for oral hearing but did not specify the issues to be argued.
`
`In the event that the Board grants Patent Owner’s request for oral argument
`
`or finds that oral argument would be helpful in deciding any of the issues, HTC
`
`and Samsung request participation in oral argument and request that HTC and
`
`Samsung be given a reasonable amount of time to present their arguments.
