`3 This order addresses an issue that is identical in both cases. Therefore, we
`exercise discretion to issue one order to be filed in each of the two cases.

`On August 27, 2015, a conference call was held between Judge Lee
`and respective counsel for the parties. The parties requested permission to
`file a joint motion to terminate proceeding on the basis that all parties to
`this joined proceeding have settled. The parties also requested permission
`to file a request to file and to have kept their settlement agreement as
`confidential business information under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c). Both
`requests were granted in an order dated August 28, 2015. Paper 29.4
`The parties were given until September 10, 2015, to file a joint
`motion to terminate and the corresponding request under 37 C.F.R. §
`42.74(c). On September 10, 2015, the parties requested additional time to
`complete the filings. All parties agree that a short extension of time is
`necessary.
`IT IS ORDERED that the deadline for filing a joint motion to
`terminate and the corresponding request under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c) is
`extended to September 17, 2015; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that no additional extensions of time will be
`granted absent a showing of good cause.
