`On August 27, 2015, a conference call was held between Judge Lee
`
`and respective counsel for the parties. The parties requested permission to
`
`file a joint motion to terminate proceeding on the basis that all parties to this
`
`joined proceeding have settled. The parties also requested permission to file
`
`a request to file and to have kept their settlement agreement as confidential
`
`business information under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c). Both requests were
`
`granted.
`
`The parties were advised to file their settlement agreement as an
`
`exhibit, to file their request under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c) as a separate paper
`
`from their joint motion to terminate, and to not label their request under
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c) as a motion to seal.
`
`
`
`It is ORDERED that the joint motion to terminate and the
`
`corresponding request under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c) should be filed by
`
`September 10, 2015, and that the parties can expect that no final written
`
`decision will issue prior to that date.
