`On July 9, 2014, Patent Owner filed a Mandatory Notice identifying
`John R. Kasha as lead counsel and Kelly L. Kasha as backup counsel. Paper
`14. On August 6, 2014, Mr. Kasha informed the Board of his and Ms.
`Kasha’s intent to withdraw based upon Patent Owner’s retention of new
`counsel, and requested permission to file a motion to withdraw. On August
`19, 2014, Patent Owner filed a Revised Mandatory Notice identifying new
`lead and backup counsel (Paper 15) and filed a Revised Power of Attorney
`(Paper 16). On August 21, 2014, the Board informed Mr. Kasha that he and
`Ms. Kasha were authorized to file a motion to withdraw. Paper 17. On
`August 22, 2014, Mr. Kasha and Ms. Kasha filed a motion to withdraw.
`Paper 18. During the conference call on August 21, 2014, Petitioner
`indicated that it does not intend to oppose.
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that John R. Kasha and Kelly L. Kasha shall be
`considered withdrawn from this proceeding.
